Please also locate the instruction manual for your car seat and your owner’s manual for your car that you wish to have the seat checked in. Also, having the child available allows the firefighters to help you better fit the seat to your child. We will be more than happy to help you install your car seat for your newborn’s first ride home prior to their arrival, however, we recommend having the seat double checked once your child has come home from the hospital.
